医院后勤管理包含要素、环节、终末3个部分。介绍了同济医院利用互联网与物联网技术开发建设基于环节质量管理的后勤综合运维管理平台，平台可实现日常报修、机电动力设备、放射诊疗机房与设备以及医用被服的闭环管理，可提高后勤管理信息化水平，使后勤业务工作更加规范化、流程化。

Hospital logistic management includes three parts: elements, links and terminal. By taking advantage of Internet and Internet of things technology, Tongji Hospital developed a comprehensive logistics operation and maintenance management platform based on the idea of link quality management, which implemented daily maintenance management, electrical and mechanical equipment management, radiation diagnosis and treatment machine room and equipment, and closed-loop management of medical bedding and clothing. Through the application of this platform, the information level of logistics management and service capacity was significantly improved, which made the logistics work more standardized and processize.
