目的探讨医院依托远程医疗应对突发急诊创伤事件的效果。方法采用回顾性总结方法,选取2011年3月—2014年3月运用远程医疗系统前198例北京市某三甲医院的院前急诊创伤患者作为对照组,选择2014年4月-2016年8月运用远程医疗系统后198例院前急诊创伤患者作为观察组。观察组依托远程医疗系统进行急诊,远程医疗系统由家庭与社区急救、院前急救、院内急诊等组成,利用移动4G、云计算、大数据分析、物联网等新技术进行急救干预。结果观察组与对照组在患者的心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度与血糖值对比无明显差异(P>0.05),观
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of telemedicine on sudden emergency trauma event in hospital. MethodsA retrospective method was used to select 198 cases of preoperative emergency trauma patients in a tertiary referral hospital in Beijing from March 2011 to March 2014 as the control group, and from April 2014 to August 2016, 198 patients using the telemedicine based emergency medical system were included as the observation group. The emergency medical system was composed of family and community first aid, prehospital first aid and hospital emergency department. The emergency medical system was used to carry out emergency intervention such as mobile 4G, cloud computing, large data analysis and Internet of things.ResultsThere was no significant difference in heart rate, respiration, blood oxygen saturation and blood glucose between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). The transmission rate of heart rate, respiration, blood oxygen saturation and blood glucose transmission in the observation group were 99.5%, 100.0%, 96.0%, 98.0%. The time of arrival and the time of hospital arrival were 15.45 ± 3.19min and 13.20 ± 4.20min, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group of 30.19 ± 4.18min and 34.19 ± 5.44min, respectively (P<0.05). The mortality rate of the observation group and the control group were 1.5% and 7.1% respectively after the first aid measures, and the mortality rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionRelying on telemedicine system can organically combine pre-hospital first aid and hospital emergency together, shorten the first aid time, reduce the first aid mortality, which provided reference for disaster rescue.
