摘要:
运用PEST-SWOT调研了上海市10家医疗卫生机构的员工关爱工作开展现状,针对现行员工关爱项目内容存在的瓶颈和困惑,通过明确目标,确定服务模式、内容和流程,探索出一套适合医疗卫生行业的员工关爱计划服务模式和应用策略,为医院人本化管理真正落实提供有力支撑。
Abstract:
The PEST-SWOT analysis was conducted by investigating the status quo of employee care in 10 healthcare institutions in Shanghai. Based on the bottleneck and confusion of the contents of the current employee care project, a set of EAP service model and application strategy suitable for the medical and health industry was explored through a clear goal, determination of service mode, content and process, which provided a strong practical implementation for the hospital humanized management support.
