摘要:

目的调查某国贫县（平武县）农村群众就医行为和对医疗服务的需求，为加强乡、村两级医疗机构服务，开展以需求为导向的医疗服务提供依据。方法采用自设问卷、现场调查方法对平武县15个乡镇群众780名进行问卷调查。结果16.92%的群众未住院，13.33%的患者未就诊。就医机构常选县级医院(31.92%)，乡镇卫生院(24.23%)，村卫生室(17.95%)，市级医院(14.23%)，私人诊所(10.64%)，省级医院(1.02%)。 52.69%的群众最需要的医疗服务是慢性病防治指导、定期体检、正确用药指导和健康保健知识、疼痛护理等。结论农村群众对医疗服务的健康需求日益多元化，但基层卫生服务尚存在很多问题，为相关政策制定提供参考。

Abstract:

ObjectiveTo investigate the medical behavior and service demand among rural people in state-level poverty county (Pingwu county), and to provide evidence for carrying out demand-oriented medical service for strengthening the service of medical institutions at the township and village levels.MethodsThe questionnaire survey and field investigation were conducted among 780 participants from 15 townships.Results16.92% of the participants were not hospitalized, 13.33% of patients were not treated. Medical institutes were selected among the county level hospitals (31.92%), township hospitals (24.23%), village clinics (17.95%), municipal hospitals (14.23%), private clinics (10.64%), provincial hospitals (1.02%). The most needed medical services for 52.69% of the people were chronic disease prevention and control guidance, regular physical examination, proper medication guidance and health care knowledge, and pain care.ConclusionThe rural residents' health demand for medical services is becoming more and more diversified, but there are still many problems in the primary health service, which can provide reference for the related policy making.
