摘要:
目的了解西藏自治区医务人员工作满意度现状及其影响因素,为制定相应管理措施提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查法, PPS抽样调查。结果医务人员总满意度平均得分为4.42±1.32分,满意率为55.3%;工作满意度最低的3个影响因素分别为报酬制度、设备条件及晋升机会;不同人口学特征医务人员工作满意度存在差异(P≤0.05)。结论西藏自治区医务人员总满意度一般,不同医务人员满意度存在个体差异,建议卫生管理部门采取相应管理措施及激励手段,不断提高医务人员工作满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the job satisfaction and its influencing factors among medical staff in Tibet Autonomy Region, and to provide scientific basis for management countermeasures. MethodsThe questionnaire survey and probability proportionate to size sampling were used.ResultsThe average job satisfaction score of the staff was 4.42±1.32, with the satisfaction rate of 55.3%. The three factors with the lowest satisfaction score were salary system, equipment condition and promotion chance. There existed difference on the job satisfaction among different medical staff (P≤0.05).ConclusionThe job satisfaction of medical staff was average in Tibet Autonomy Region, and diversity existed among different medical staff. It is proposed that health management department takes appropriate management measures and incentives to continuously improve the job satisfaction of medical staff.
