介绍了全球唯一的专门评审医院评审机构的组织ISQua以及评审项目IAP的基本信息、重要性及必要性、评审内容与标准。在此基础上，提出了对我国第三方医院评价机构的3点启示：（1）需要经过IAP评审认证；（2）借助IAP评审进行持续改进；（3）建立国际交流机制。

The ISQua, the only organization in the world which “accredit the accreditors”, and the basic information, importance and necessity, and principles of its accreditation program IAP were introduced. Three implications for China’s hospital external evaluation were put forward: (1) It needs to pass the IAP accreditation; (2) It should make continuous improvement with the help of IAP; (3) It can build the international communication system.
