摘要:
成立感动圈，以“降低中心导管相关血流感染千日感染率”为主题，通过现场查检、原因分析、真因验证等确定真因，从建立规范的培训考核机制，细化完善操作流程，开展专项操作培训，督查操作规范执行情况4个方面实施改善措施。使中心导管相关操作不规范操作率由26.7%降至8.3%，千日感染率由4.45‰降至1.31‰，改善效果显著。
Abstract:
The quality control circle was set up to use the "reducing the central catheter related bloodstream infection rate per one thousand days" as the theme, through field inspection, causes analysis, and true causes verification to determine the causes of the problem, improvement was made from four aspects of the establishment of standardized training assessment mechanism, refining the operational procedures, carrying out special operations training, supervising the execution of the operation. The unstandardized operation rate of the central catheter related operation decreased from 26.7% to 8.3%, the infection rate per one thousand days decreased from 4.45‰ to 1.31 ‰, which showed a significant improvement effect.
