医务工作者参与无偿献血的行为分析研究-《中国卫生质量管理》

摘要:: 目的了解医务工作者无偿献血的参与程度及对相关政策的认知情况，为进一步培养固定低危无偿献血者，推进无偿献血事业健康持续发展提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法，在烟台地区6家二三级医疗机构中随机选取624名医务工作者作为研究对象。结果参与本次调查的医务工作者中，有过无偿献血经历的占60.9%，其中有过两次及以上献血经历的占48.4%。从事临床医师岗位、拥有本科学历、初级职称者献血比例明显高于其他类型（P＜0.05）。有过献血经历的医务工作者对无偿献血相关政策的认知程度比未参与献血的医务工作者要高（P＜0.05）。结论采供血机构应加强无偿献血宣传力度，鼓励医务工作者积极参与临床输血知识培训，保障无偿献血事业健康持续发展。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo investigate the degree of participation among medical staff on volunteer blood donation and their awareness of the related policies, and to provide evidence for further developing of healthy low-risk volunteer blood donors and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of volunteer blood donation.MethodsA total of 624 medical staff were randomly selected from six medical institutions in Yantai area by using multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method.ResultsAmong the surveyed medical staff, 60.9% had experience of volunteer blood donation, of which 48.4% had two times or more experience of volunteer blood donation. The proportion of blood donors who had a bachelor's degree and a junior title was significantly higher than that of other types (P<0.05). Medical staff who had the experience of blood donation had higher awareness of blood donation-related policies than those who did not participate in blood donation (P<0.05).ConclusionBlood donation institutions should strengthen the volunteer blood donation propaganda, encourage medical staff to actively participate in clinical blood transfusion knowledge training, to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of volunteer blood donation.
