摘要:
从反馈原则、反馈途径、反馈时限、反馈内容4方面，对献血者不合格信息反馈进行了阐述。采取多方式进行不合格信息反馈，消除了献血者疑虑和误解，赢得了支持与理解。但反馈工作人员资质及第三方专业服务拓展是仍需要探索的问题。
Abstract:
From four aspects of feedback principle, feedback path, feedback time limit and feedback content, the feedback of unqualified results of blood donors was discussed. Several ways were taken to conduct unqualified information feedback, which eliminated the doubts and misunderstanding of blood donors, won their support and understanding. However, the qualification of the feedback staff and the third-party professional service development were still needed to be explored.
