摘要:
目的分析贵州省社会办医卫生技术人员工作满意度及影响因素,为社会办医人才队伍建设及管理提供科学依据。方法采用问卷对贵州省社会办医450名卫生技术人员进行调查,通过统计学描述和因子分析研究其工作满意度。结果卫生技术人员工作总体满意度评分不高(3.31±0.84分),对工作现状、职务晋升、工作收入满意度较低。所有卫生技术人员中,护士、无职称人员、工作时间在8小时以上人员满意度综合得分较低,影响因素为工作回报、医疗设施和技术、医患关系。结论民营医疗机构应通过建立工作回报机制,创造良好工作环境,落实工作负荷制度,以提高卫生技术人员工作满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the job satisfaction and the influencing factors of health technical staffs in private hospitals in Guizhou Province, and provide evidence for the management of talent team construction in private hospitals.MethodsA total of 450 health technical staffs from private hospitals in Guizhou Province were investigated by questionnaire survey, and their job satisfaction level was analyzed by statistical description and factor analysis. ResultsThe overall satisfaction score of the staffs was not high (3.31±0.84 points), the satisfaction on job status, job promotion, and income were low. Among all health technical personnel, the satisfaction scores of nurses, staff without post title, and staff with working above eight hours per day were low, and the impact factors included work earnings, medical facilities and technology, doctor-patient relationship.ConclusionHealth administrative departments should establish a work return mechanism, create a good working environment, implement the workload system, to improve the job satisfaction of health technical staff.
