摘要:
运用精益六西格玛,采用新的“定义-测量-分析-改进-控制”流程(DMAIC Ⅱ),对微生物实验室检验流程全过程的数据进行收集、统计、分析,透过繁杂的问题表象查找问题根源,依此来改善工作流程,去除浪费,提高微生物检验的工作效率,提升医疗服务质量和医院管理效能。
Abstract:
The data on the full testing process in microbiology laboratory was collected and analyzed by using the Lean Six Sigma management method with a new "definition-measurement-analysis-improvement-control" process (DMAIC Ⅱ). The root causes of the problem were found out and identified through complex problems, and it was taken as evidence for improvement of the work process, remove of waste, improvement of the efficiency of microbiological testing, which improved the quality of medical services and hospital management effectiveness.
