摘要:
目的探讨消毒供应中心无菌物品使用的闭环管理。方法引入信息管理系统建立无菌物品追溯体系，对消毒灭菌物品的回收、清洗、检查、包装、消毒灭菌、发放、使用等信息进行闭环管理。结果完善了操作流程，减少了手工操作，降低了差错率，工作效率提高。结论采用可追溯管理体系对消毒灭菌物品进行管理，提高了消毒灭菌质量，明确了举证责任，提升了消毒供应中心的工作质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the closed-loop management of sterilized items in the Central Sterile Supply Department.MethodsThe information management system was introduced to establish a traceability system on sterilized items, and closed-loop management of workflow information was carried out on the recovery, cleaning, inspection, packaging, disinfection and sterilization, distribution, and use of sterilized items. ResultsThe quality management of items was regulated, the operation flow was improved, the manual work was reduced, the error rate was decreased, and the work efficiency was improved. ConclusionThe use of traceability management system on the management of sterilized items can improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization, clarify the burden of proof in the process of sterilization use, and improve the work quality of the Central Sterile Supply Department.
