摘要:
目的应用综合指数法分析病种绩效，为进一步推进病种管理提供科学依据。方法提取2014年-2015年纳入上海申康医院发展中心管理的27个手术病种，采用综合指数法对工作量、费用、效率等指标进行指数化处理，分析病种绩效情况。结果27个手术病种中，综合绩效指数增加5.13，增长率为3.51%。其中，工作强度指数增加7.55，费用指数增加2.61，效率指数降低5.07。结论项目医院病种绩效以工作强度指数增长为主。今后在增加病种收治数量的同时，更要注重医疗费用管控和工作效率提升。
Abstract:
ObjectiveComprehensive index method was used to analyze disease-specific performance, which provided scientific evidence for further advance of disease management.MethodsData of 27 surgical diseases managed by the Shanghai Shen-Kang Hospital Development Center in 2014 and 2015 were extracted. The comprehensive index method was used for indexation process on index of workload, cost and efficiency, and the disease-specific performance was analyzed. ResultsAmong the 27 surgical diseases, the overall performance index increased by 5.13 with the growth rate of 3.51%. Among them, the work intensity index increased by 7.55, the cost index increased by 2.61, and the efficiency index decreased by 5.07. ConclusionThe major increase of disease-specific performance was the work intensity index. With the number of disease-specific patients increasing, the control of medical expenses and the improvement of work efficiency should be further paid attention.
