摘要:
对国内外医护人员工作负荷与医疗质量和安全的相关性，以及职业倦怠在二者关系中可能的作用进行梳理和分析。国外研究结果显示，工作负荷与医疗质量和安全呈负相关性为主，且工作负荷直接或主要通过职业倦怠来间接影响医疗质量和安全。结合我国医护人员长期超负荷工作现状以及国内外研究现状，提出一些思考和建议，为相关决策提供借鉴。
Abstract:
The study analyzed the relation of workload of medical staff with medical quality and safety, and the mediating role of burnout on the relationship. Recent researches mainly concentrated in Occident with inconsistency results. However, main outcome showed the negative correlation of workload of medical staff with medical quality and safety, and workload affected patient outcomes either directly or through burnout. In respect of the facts of medical workers overwork in China and status of previous studies, some thought and advice for references on decision making were put forward.
