摘要:
目的探讨全科(助理)医师规范化培训培养质量的影响因素,为提高培养质量提供参考。方法(1)应用访谈法对10所医院的院领导、职能部门管理人员、带教老师、学员进行访谈。(2)应用自制调查问卷,对386名正在接受全科(助理)医师规范化培训的学员进行问卷调查。结果参加培训学员90%为“单位人”,42.6%属于被动参加培训,学员认为轮转科室病种和技能操作不符合培训标准,带教老师不按标准带教,对要求掌握的病种和操作及各类考核形式不清楚,专业理论和技能培训不全面及忽视各民族高发病培训,缺乏定期督导及总结反馈对培养质量的影响最大。结论今后需加大全科(助理)医师规范化培训政策宣传力度,建立竞争激励机制,制定培训标准,重视理论和技能培训,突显新疆特色,定期督查反馈,确保培训质量持续改进。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the factors affecting the standardized training quality of general (assistant) practitioners, and provide reference for improving training quality.MethodInterview method was used to interview leaders, department managers, clinical teacher and students from ten 10 hospitals. Self-developed questionnaire was used to survey 386 general (assistant) physicians under standardized training. ResultNinety percent of the training students were "unit person", and 42.6% passively participated the training. Major factors influencing the training quality included: diseases transferred from other departments and skills did not conform to the training standard, the teacher did not teach according to the standard, the required diseases and skills and the means of assessment were not clear, the specialized theory and skills training were not comprehensive, the training on diseases of specially population was ignored, regular supervision and feedback was lacked.ConclusionThe policy propaganda of general (assistant) practitioner standardized training should be strengthened and the competitive and recitative mechanism should be established. The training standards should be focused on and the theory and skills training should be attached great importance to. Furthermore, the Xinjian characteristic should be highlighted. The supervision and feedback should be performed regularly, to ensure the continuous improvement of training quality.
