摘要:
遵循品管圈活动步骤,从糖尿病膳食称重现况出发,寻找称重不准确的主要症结与根本原因,从设置专业岗位、计算副食生熟比例、增加培训、制定制度等方面进行改进,使糖尿病膳食称重准确率从70%提高到94%,提升了医院膳食管理水平。
Abstract:
Followed the steps of quality control circle and based on the status of diet weighing among patients with diabetes mellitus, main crucial reasons and root causes on inaccurate weighing were analyzed. Improvement was taken from aspects of setting professional posts, calculating the proportion of raw and cooked non-staple food, increasing training, and development of system, etc., which increased the diet weighing accuracy rate among patients with diabetes mellitus from 70% to 94% and improved the hospital dietary management level.
