摘要:: 运用SWOT分析方法，分析转型期的上海新华医院崇明分院科研工作的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁，提出搭建服务平台，注重人才与学科发展，加强临床与科研相结合，建立科研协作机制等，为县级公立医院科研工作的有序进展提供参考。

Abstract:: The method of SWOT was used to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of the scientific research work in transformation period of Chongming Division of Shanghai Xinhua Hospital. Suggestions were proposed which included construction of service platform, focusing on development of specialists and departments, strengthening the combination of clinic and scientific research, establishment of research collaboration mechanism. It provided reference for improvement of scientific research work in county level public hospital.
