摘要:
应用PDCA循环，分析首台手术运行现状及延时开台的主要影响因素，制定针对性整改措施，并实时监控实施效果，有效降低了首台手术开台延时率，提高了手术室工作效率，缩短了患者术前等候时间，提高了手术患者满意度和医护人员满意度。
Abstract:
The PDCA cycle was used to analyze the running status of the first operation and its influencing factors. The corresponding countermeasures were developed and implemented with real-time monitoring and feedback, which effectively reduced the delay rate of the first operation, improved work efficiency of the operating room, reduced preoperative waiting time and improved the satisfaction of patients and medical staff.
