Abstract:
Combining with practice in emergency security of blood,from organization,documentation,personnel training,blood donors,blood centralized management model and inter-regional transfers of blood,etc.,the paper summed up the experience on blood emergency security in Qingdao,provided suggestions on unified information network management,and construction of "standby" laboratory for blood tests.
