摘要:: 目的调查手术室护理缺失现状并分析影响因素，为提升手术室护理质量提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法，于2025年1—6月，选取全国58所不同等级医院的614名手术室护士作为研究对象。使用一般资料调查表、手术室护理缺失量表、安全态度问卷进行调查。采用单因素分析、相关性分析及多元逐步线性回归分析探究影响因素。结果手术室护理缺失项目总分为（34.63±9.91）分，准备维度条目得分最高［(1.35±0.49）分］，最主要的缺失原因是人员配备不足。多元逐步线性回归分析显示，手术室护士安全态度水平越高、职务越低、过去1年报告过不良事件，护理缺失越少（P＜0.05）。结论手术室护理缺失现象较为普遍。对于缺失较多的护理项目，建议采取信息化手段强制干预，通过优化人力资源配置与提升护士安全态度水平来降低护理缺失率；同时，对不同职务护士实施差异化培训策略，并鼓励积极上报不良事件。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo investigate the current status of missed nursing care in operating rooms and analyze its influencing factors, providing a basis for improving the quality of operating room nursing.MethodsUsing convenience sampling, 614 operating room nurses from 58 hospitals of different grades across the country were selected as the study subjects from January to June 2025. A self-designed general information questionnaire, the Missed Nursing Care in Operating Room Scale, and the Safety Attitudes Questionnaire were used for the survey. Univariate analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple stepwise linear regression analysis were employed to explore the influencing factors.ResultsThe total score on the Missed Nursing Care in Operating Room Scale was (34.63 ± 9.91), with the highest score in the preparation dimension(1.35±0.49). The primary cause of missed nursing care was inadequate staffing. Multiple stepwise linear regression analysis revealed that higher safety attitude levels among operating room nurses, lower job positions, and reporting adverse events in the past year were associated with fewer instances of missed nursing care (P< 0.05).Conclusion Missed nursing care is relatively common in operating rooms. For nursing items with higher rates of missed care, it is recommended to implement mandatory information-based interventions. Reducing the rate of missed nursing care can be achieved by optimizing human resource allocation and enhancing nurses’ safety attitude levels. Additionally, differentiated training strategies should be implemented for nurses in different positions, and active reporting of adverse events should be encouraged.
