摘要:: 目的探讨基于三维质量结构的精益5S管理对医院新病区的管理效果。方法以急诊综合新病区为研究对象，对实施精益5S管理前（2023年9月1日-30日）和实施精益5S管理后（2024年4月1日-30日）的相关指标进行对比分析。结果医护人员寻找病历时间、寻找用物时间、补充用物时间、取放用物时间等大幅度缩短（P均＜0.05）；设备使用后定位放置率、取放仪器时间、生命支持设备取用时间等明显改善（P均＜0.05）；医护人员疲劳程度减轻（P均＜0.05）。结论基于三维质量结构的精益5S管理实施效果良好，可以提升医护人员工作效率，提高设备管理质量，同时减轻医护人员工作负荷。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo explore the effect of lean 5S management based on the three-dimensional quality structure on the management of new ward in a hospital.MethodsTaking the emergency comprehensive new ward as the research object, the relevant indicators before (September 1 to 30,2023) and after (April 1 to 30,2024) the implementation of lean 5S management were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe time for medical staff to find medical records, to find supplies, to supplement supplies, and to take and put supplies was significantly shortened (all P<0.05). The positioning rate after the use of the equipment,the time of taking and placing the instrument, and the time of taking and using the life support equipment were significantly improved (all P<0.05). The fatigue degree of medical staff was reduced (all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation effect of lean 5S management based on three-dimensional quality structure is good, which can boost the work efficiency of medical staff, elevate the quality of equipment management, and reduce the workload of medical staff.
