摘要:
针对医学影像服务中患者评估、检查(治疗)实施和结果报告过程中的质量安全问题,依据相关政策、专业要求等制订规范标准。应用文献分析、不良事件分析、现场调研等方法系统梳理医学影像服务过程中的质量安全问题,从普遍性、高发性、关键性和影响度4个维度筛选出问题要素,搭建以影像服务诊疗流程为主线,以事项要素为节点的标准框架,形成了包括检查申请、放射防护、设备校正、持续改进4个关键环节,检查评估、知情同意、医患防护、造影剂过敏、检查核对等14个关键节点、52项要素的影像服务质量安全管理标准文本。
Abstract:
In view of the quality and safety issues in the process of patient evaluation, inspection (treatment) implementation and result reporting in medical imaging services, normative standards were formulated according to relevant policies and professional requirements. Methods such as literature analysis, adverse event analysis and field investigation were applied to systematically sort out the quality and safety problems in the medical imaging service process, screen out the problem factors according to the four aspects of the problem’s universality, high incidence, criticality and impact, and build a standard framework with the diagnosis and treatment process of image service as the main line and the event elements as the nodes. The image service quality safety management standard text included four key links of inspection application, radiological protection, equipment calibration and continuous improvement, 14 key nodes and 52 elements, such as inspection and evaluation, informed consent, doctor-patient protection, contrast agent allergy, inspection and verification.
