摘要:
以“提高重症医学科脓毒性休克患者6h集束化治疗达标率”为活动主题，遵循PDCA循环和QCC活动要求，把握现状，分析原因，查找真因，共拟定5个对策，整合为3个对策群组后实施，使重症医学科脓毒性休克患者6h集束化治疗达标率从47.5%提高至82.05%，有效地提升了患者治疗效果和满意度。
Abstract:
Using the “improving the compliance rate of 6h bundle therapy in patients with septic shock in ICU"as the theme, following the PDCA cycle and activities requirements, the quality control circle activities were carried out. Through investigation of the situation, analysis of the causes, finding the real causes, five strategies were developed. It was implement after the integration into three measures groups. The compliance rate of 6h bundle therapy in patients with septic shock increased from 47.5% to 82.05%, which effectively improved the treatment effect and clinical satisfaction of patients.
