摘要:: 目的通过对国外数字健康素养的文献数据进行挖掘分析，探讨当前数字健康素养研究现状，为我国数字健康素养研究提供参考。方法基于PubMed数据库，系统检索2014—2024年期间发表的数字健康素养相关文献，借助BERTopic模型进行主题提取与识别，分析研究主题和主题演化趋势。结果从发文量来看，国外数字健康素养领域发文量整体呈上升趋势，研究内容主要涵盖4个主题：患者护理、青少年心理健康、母婴健康、人工智能应用。其中，患者护理热度最高，其余主题热度总体变化呈现稳中有涨的趋势。结论借鉴国际先进经验的同时，我国数字健康素养研究应聚焦本土人群特征与健康需求，通过构建医患协同的数字素养提升体系，强化多主体联动的青少年心理健康干预，拓展重点人群的数字健康服务覆盖，并推进人工智能技术的普惠应用，系统性提升数字健康治理能力与全民健康福祉。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo explore the current research status of digital health literacy by mining and analyzing foreign literature data in this field, so as to provide references for domestic research on digital health literacy in China.MethodsBased on the PubMed database, literature related to digital health literacy published from 2014 to 2024 was systematically retrieved. The BERTopic model was used for topic extraction and identification, to analyze the research themes and their evolution trends. ResultsFrom the perspective of publication volume, the number of publications in the field of foreign digital health literacy overall shows an upward trend. The research content mainly covers four themes: patient care, adolescent mental health, maternal and infant health, and artificial intelligence application. Among them, patient care has the highest research popularity, while the popularity of the other themes generally shows a steady and rising trend.Conclusion While drawing on advanced international experience, China’s digital health literacy research should focus on the characteristics and health needs of local populations. By constructing a doctor-patient collaborative digital literacy improvement system, strengthening multi-stakeholder linked adolescent mental health interventions, expanding the coverage of digital health services for key populations, and promoting the inclusive application of artificial intelligence technology, we can systematically enhance digital health governance capacity and the health well-being of all people.
