摘要:: 目的引入实施科学理论与方法，构建医疗质量管理闭环整合框架，为系统化、科学化提升医疗质量提供方法论支持。方法基于实施科学经典理论、模型与框架，结合医疗质量持续改进的闭环管理理念，构建涵盖“系统诊断→策略设计→执行与监控→科学评估”四阶段的整合框架。结果基于实施科学的医疗质量管理闭环整合框架，实现了从问题识别、障碍分析、策略设计、过程监测到效果评估的全流程闭环管理，形成了可循环、可迭代的科学管理范式。结论将实施科学嵌入医疗质量管理闭环流程，可有效弥合当前医疗质量管理中的“证据—实践”鸿沟，推动其从经验驱动向证据驱动转型，具有一定理论创新与实践应用价值。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo introduce the theories and methods of implementation science, construct a closed-loop integrated framework for medical quality management, and provide methodological support for the systematic and scientific promotion of medical quality improvement. MethodsBased on the classic theories, models and frameworks of implementation science, combined with the closed-loop management concept of continuous medical quality improvement, an integrated framework covering four stages of "system diagnosis → strategy design → implementation and monitoring → scientific evaluation" was constructed. ResultsThe closed-loop integrated framework for medical quality management based on implementation science realizes the full-process closed-loop management from problem identification, barrier analysis, strategy design, process monitoring to effect evaluation, forming a recyclable and iterative scientific management paradigm.Conclusion Embedding implementation science into the closed-loop process of medical quality management can effectively bridge the "evidence-practice" gap in current medical quality management, promote its transformation from experience-driven to evidence-driven, and has certain theoretical innovation and practical application value.
