目的采用结构化查询语言(SQL)建立非计划二次手术查询报表,评价其监测效能,为手术质量监管提供参考。方法从样本医院电子病历系统提取2023年1月1日至12月31日的手术病例19 883例,分别采用病案首页抓取法、手麻系统筛查法及SQL语法提取法抓取非计划二次手术病例,比较通过SQL语法提取法抓取非计划二次手术病例与其他两种方法的差异。结果3种方法每月筛查花费时间分别为(24.17±11.06)min、(261.50±99.12)min、(23.00±10.38)min,SQL语法提取法显著短于手麻系统筛查法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。SQL语法提取法及手麻系统筛查法均能筛查出非计划二次手术病例,准确率均为100%,但病案首页抓取法准确率仅为19.05%,3种监测方法准确性差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论通过SQL语法提取法能够有效提高非计划二次手术病例筛查效率和准确性。

ObjectiveTo establish a query report for unplanned reoperation using structured query language (SQL) and evaluate its monitoring efficacy to provide a reference for surgical quality supervision. Methods A total of 19 883 surgical cases from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023, were extracted from the electronic medical record system of a sample hospital. Unplanned reoperation cases were identified through three methods: the medical record front page capture method, the anesthesia information management system screening method, and the SQL syntax extraction method. The differences in the identification of unplanned reoperation cases between the SQL syntax extraction method and the other two methods were compared. ResultsThe average monthly screening times for the three methods were (24.17 ± 11.06) min, (261.50 ± 99.12) min, and (23.00 ± 10.38) min, respectively. The SQL syntax extraction method was significantly faster than the anesthesia information management system screening method, with a statistically significant difference (P< 0.01). Both the SQL syntax extraction method and the anesthesia information management system screening method accurately identified unplanned reoperation cases with an accuracy rate of 100%, while the medical record front page capture method had an accuracy rate of only 19.05%. The differences in accuracy among the three monitoring methods were statistically significant (P< 0.01).Conclusion The SQL syntax extraction method can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of screening for unplanned reoperation cases.
