摘要:: 目的构建上海市市级医院重症医学科重点病种质量管理评价指标体系，提升重症医学科质量管理水平。方法基于德尔菲法，综合运用文献分析、实践调研，遵循分病种、分类别、多指标综合评价原则，邀请上海市市级医院21名专家进行咨询。结果构建了重症医学科重点病种质量管理评价指标体系，涵盖重症医学专业医疗质量控制指标，以及重点病种（急性呼吸窘迫综合征、脓毒症、重症急性胰腺炎）的通识性指标、个性化指标和设备匹配指标。结论重症医学科重点病种质量管理评价指标体系具有一定科学性和可靠性，能够全面、客观反映上海市市级医院重症医学科的质量管理水平。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo construct a quality management evaluation index system for key diseases in the intensive care unit (ICU) of municipal hospitals in Shanghai, aiming to enhance the quality management level of ICU. MethodsBased on the Delphi method, a comprehensive approach integrating literature analysis and practical research was employed. Following the principles of disease-specific, category-based, and multi-indicator comprehensive evaluation, 21 experts from municipal hospitals in Shanghai were invited for consultation. ResultsA quality management evaluation index system for key diseases in ICU was established, encompassing medical quality control indicators specific to critical care medicine, as well as general, personalized, and equipment-matching indicators for key diseases (acute respiratory distress syndrome, sepsis, and severe acute pancreatitis). Conclusion The quality management evaluation index system for key diseases in ICU demonstrates a certain degree of scientific validity and reliability, enabling a comprehensive and objective reflection of the quality management level of ICU in municipal hospitals in Shanghai.
