目的探讨生成式人工智能在日间手术管理中的应用前景及实践案例,促进人工智能技术在我国医院管理领域的应用。方法通过文献综述和实践案例分析,对ChatGPT等生成式人工智能在日间手术管理领域的应用进行研究。结果生成式人工智能应用于日间手术管理领域,能够优化资源配置,提高管理效率,并改善患者体验。但也面临技术集成、数据安全、伦理问题等挑战。结论生成式人工智能在日间手术管理领域具有广阔的应用前景。建议进一步探索技术集成方案,提高其性能,并妥善解决法律和伦理问题。

ObjectiveTo explore the application prospects and practical cases of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in day surgery management, and to promote the application of AI technologies in the field of hospital management in China.MethodsThis study investigated the application of generative AI, such as ChatGPT, in day surgery management through literature review and analysis of practical cases.ResultsThe application of generative AI in day surgery management can optimize resource allocation, improve management efficiency, and enhance patient experience. However, it also faces challenges such as technology integration, data security, and ethical issues.Conclusion Generative AI holds broad application prospects in the field of day surgery management. It is recommended to further explore technology integration solutions, enhance its performance, and properly address legal and ethical concerns.
