摘要:: 目的构建神经专业质控指标系统，解决指标数据不准确、数据实时更新困难、无法溯源等问题，为提升神经专业医疗质量水平提供依据。方法深度学习新版医院评审标准，制订指标指引清单，确定指标取数规则，整合医院各信息系统数据，构建神经专业质控指标系统。结果构建了神经专业质控指标系统，实现了相关指标数据的实时自动提取，确保了数据的准确性与可溯源性。结论神经专业质控指标系统的构建，有助于推动神经专业医疗质量管理的科学化、精细化，从而为患者提供更加优质的医疗服务。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo construct a quality control indicator system for neurology specialty, addressing issues such as inaccurate indicator data, difficulties in real-time data updates, and lack of traceability, thereby providing a basis for enhancing the quality of medical care in neurology specialty.MethodsThrough in-depth study of the new version of hospital accreditation standards, the study formulated an indicator guidance checklist, determined data extraction rules for indicators, integrated data from various hospital information systems, and constructed a quality control indicator system for neurology specialty.ResultsA quality control indicator system for neurology specialty was constructed, enabling real-time automatic extraction of relevant indicator data and ensuring the accuracy and traceability of the data.Conclusion The construction of the quality control indicator system for neurology specialty contributes to promoting the scientific and refined management of medical quality in neurology specialty, thereby providing patients with higher-quality medical services.
