摘要:
目的探究新质生产力视阈下科技创新与医疗服务能力耦合关系。方法通过熵值法对2012年-2021年我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)(划分为东、中、西三大地区)科技创新水平和医疗服务能力进行综合评价分析,运用耦合协调度模型和Dagum基尼系数分析两者的空间耦合协调关系及差异,利用Pearson相关性分析探究影响耦合协调度及差异的主要因素。结果我国2012年和2021年科技创新平均水平略滞后于医疗服务能力,且耦合协调情况总体呈现东高西低的地区特征;区域间差异是两者耦合协调度不平衡的主要来源;医疗卫生机构诊疗人次数、高等学校在校学生数、医疗卫生机构床位数、医疗卫生机构入院人数等是科技创新和医疗服务能力耦合协调度的显著影响因素,且均为正向影响。结论科技创新与医疗服务能力的耦合协调程度有待提高。政府应鼓励医疗机构和科研机构开展医疗科技创新研究,加大对中西部地区的支持力度,根据区域特点和区域发展优势合理布局,抓住关键影响因素推动科技创新与医疗服务能力深度融合发展。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the coupling relationship between technological innovation and medical service capacity from the perspective of new quality productive forces.MethodsThe entropy method was employed to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the technological innovation levels and medical service capacity of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) in China (divided into eastern, central, and western regions) from 2012 to 2021. The coupling coordination degree model and the Dagum Gini coefficient were used to analyze the spatial coupling coordination relationship and differences between the two. Pearson correlation analysis was utilized to investigate the main factors influencing the coupling coordination degree and differences.ResultsThe average level of technological innovation in China in 2012 and 2021 slightly lagged behind medical service capacity, and the coupling coordination situation generally exhibited regional characteristics of being higher in the east and lower in the west. Regional differences were the main source of the imbalance in the coupling coordination degree between the two. The number of outpatient visits in medical and health institutions, the number of students enrolled in higher education institutions, the number of beds in medical and health institutions, and the number of admissions to medical and health institutions were significant influencing factors on the coupling coordination degree between technological innovation and medical service capacity, all of which had a positive impact. Conclusion The degree of coupling coordination between technological innovation and medical service capacity needs to be improved. The government should encourage medical institutions and research institutions to conduct research on medical technological innovation, increase support for the central and western regions, make reasonable layouts based on regional characteristics and development advantages, and seize key influencing factors to promote the in-depth integration and development of technological innovation and medical service capacity.
