摘要:
为应对人口老龄化挑战,便利老年人就医,医院深入贯彻“以患者为中心”的服务理念,将建设老年友善医院作为发展方向,基于服务创新四维度模型提出了老年友善门诊新服务概念,并从医患关系、管理方式、医患媒介等方面为老年患者提供友善服务,改善了老年患者就医体验。
Abstract:
In response to the aging population and to facilitate healthcare access for the elderly, a certain hospital has thoroughly implemented the service concept of "patient-centered", taking the construction of an age-friendly hospital as the development direction. Based on the four-dimensional model of service innovation, the hospital has proposed a new service concept for an age-friendly outpatient clinic. It provides friendly services to elderly patients in terms of doctor-patient relationships, management approaches, and communication channels between doctors and patients, thereby enhancing the patient medical experience.
