摘要:
“抗菌药物使用强度”是三级公立医院绩效考核核心指标之一。基于结构-过程-结果（SPO）理论构建抗菌药物管理体系，通过建章立制明确各方职责，科学制订用药规则，依托信息化高效整合抗菌药物事前、事中、事后管理，某院抗菌药物使用强度从2020年57.8DDDs下降到2022年31.1DDDs。SPO理论有助于抗菌药物全方位闭环管理，但需充分发挥临床药师专业价值和纽带作用。
Abstract:
"Intensity of antibacterial drug use" is one of the core indicators of performance assessment in tertiary public hospitals. Based on the structure-procedure-result (SPO) theory, the antibacterial agents management system was constructed, the responsibilities of all parties were clarified through the establishment of rules and regulations, the drug use rules were formulated scientifically, and the pre-event, in-process and post-event management was efficiently integrated by relying on information technology. After continuous improvement, the intensity of antimicrobial use in hospitals decreased from 57.8 DDDs in 2020 to 31.1 DDDs in 2022. The SPO theory realizes the comprehensive closed loop of antimicrobial management, but it needs to focus on clinical pharmacists and give full play to their professional value and bonding role.
