摘要:
专科能力是医院内涵建设的根本。上海市某三甲综合医院从开展专科评估、遴选重点专科、完善专科设置、凝练专科发展方向、确定专科发展任务、搭建专科发展平台、建设人才队伍、完善管理机制8个方面加强专科能力建设，使专科服务能力、技术水平、质量安全和发展能力得到提高。认为，找准发展定位，提供高品质医疗服务，开展高水平临床研究和成果转化，加强专科运营管理，推进智慧医院建设，是进一步提升专科能力的发展方向。
Abstract:
Specialty capacity is the essence of the hospital connotation construction. A tertiary general hospital in Shanghai had strengthened its specialty capacity construction through eight aspects: conducting specialty evaluation, selecting key specialties, improving specialty setting, refining specialty development directions, determining specialty development tasks, building specialty development platforms, building talent teams, and improving management mechanism. As a result，the specialty service capacity, technical level, quality and safety, and development ability had been enhanced. It will be a new approach to the specialty capacity building by finding the right position of development, providing high-quality medical services, conducting high-level clinical research and achievement transformation, promoting specialty operation management, and strengthening the building of smart hospitals.
