目的调查中心血站从业人员离职率现状,探讨影响中心血站员工队伍稳定的相关因素,为合理规划中心血站人力资源提供参考。方法收集我国22家中心血站2017年-2020年从业人员离职率数据,采用Excel 2007、SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果22家中心血站2017年-2020年员工离职率平均为(2.70±1.38)%,各岗位员工离职率从(3.28±3.12)%到(6.55±7.42)%不等,不同岗位平均离职率从高至低依次为成分制备>供血>血液采集>其他>血液检验。员工离职率按区域分布为南部地区>西部地区>北部地区>中部地区>东部地区,按供血服务人口分布为小城市>中等城市>大城市。员工因病缺席率平均为(1.58±1.19)%。结论我国中心血站发展不均衡,从业人员离职率受供血服务人口、从事工作岗位及个人健康状况等因素影响。中心血站应针对存在问题采取措施,如增加人员编制、合理安排岗位、优化激励机制等。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the separation rate of employees in the central blood station, and explore the factors affecting the stability of the staff of the central blood station, so as to provide reference for the staffing and planning of the central blood station.MethodsThe employee separation rate in 22 blood centers in China from 2017 to 2020 was collected, and analyzed statistically by Excel 2007 and SPSS 22.0 software.ResultsThe average separation rate of all staff in 22 central blood stations from 2017 to 2020 was (2.70±1.38) %, and the separation rate of all staff varied from (3.28±3.12) % to (6.55±7.42) %. The average separation rate of different posts was in descending order of ingredient preparation, blood supply, blood collection, others, and blood test. The separation rate of all employees was distributed in the order of southern region, western region, northern region, central region, eastern region; and the distribution of blood supply service population was small city, medium city, and large city. The average absence rate of employees due to illness was (1.58±1.19) %.Conclusion The development of Chinese central blood stations is not balanced. The separation rate of employees is affected by blood service population, work post and personal health status. The central blood station should take corresponding measures according to the actual situation, such as increasing the staffing, rationally arranging posts, optimizing incentive mechanism, etc..
