摘要:
目的构建智慧血液护理质量评价指标体系,确保临床输血安全。方法通过文献检索、专家函询构建智慧血液护理质量评价指标体系并应用于临床,应用前后各随机抽取100份输血病历进行对比分析。结果智慧血液护理质量评价指标体系包括一级指标2个、二级指标8个、三级指标18个和四级指标15个。体系应用后,总体指标完成率从45%提高到84%(χ2=196.02,P<0.05),血液离开冰箱未输注时间从(24.0±2.0)min缩短到(14.0±2.0)min(t=35.36,P<0.05),输血记录合格率从79%提升至98%(χ2=17.735,P<0.05),应用前后比较差异均有统计学意义。结论智慧血液护理质量评价指标体系层次清晰,具有一定科学性,应用价值在于提高了临床输血护理质量,确保了输血安全。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct the evaluation index system of nursing quality of intelligent blood to ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion. MethodsThe evaluation index system of intelligent blood nursing quality was established through literature retrieval and expert consultation. The system was applied to clinical practice, and 100 cases of blood transfusion medical records were randomly selected before and after the implementation for comparison and analysis.ResultsThe intelligent blood nursing quality evaluation index system included 2 first-level indicators, 8 second-level indicators, 18 third-level indicators and 15 fourth-level indicators. After the implementation of the system, the overall indicator completion rate had increased from 45% to 84% (χ2=196.02, P<0.05), the time of blood leaving the refrigerator without infusion was shortened from (24.0±2.0) min to (14.0±2.0) min (t=35.36, P<0.05), the qualified rate of blood transfusion records increased from 79% to 98% (χ2=17.735, P<0.05), the difference before and after implementation was statistically significant.Conclusion The intelligent blood nursing quality evaluation index system is scientific, which can improve the quality of clinical blood transfusion nursing, and thus ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
