摘要:
目的研究紧密型医共体医疗质量同质化管理体系构建的路径与经验。方法 以唐县医院集团为例，研究实践与相关改革效果，归纳总结紧密型医共体医疗质量同质化管理改革的经验。结果唐县医院集团同质化质量管理改革在提升基层服务能力和改善基层服务质量、促进有序就医格局形成、提升患者和医务人员满意度等方面均取得了一定成效。结论紧密型医共体是我国质控体系向县域延伸的重要载体，通过科学管理可以有效促进县域内医疗机构同质化质量管理，以及基层医疗机构医疗质量与服务能力的提升。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the path and experience of constructing the compact medical community medical quality homogenization management system.MethodsTaking Tang County Hospital Group as an example, the practice and related reform effect was studied, and the experience of the compact medical community medical quality homogenization management reform was summarized.ResultsThe homogeneous quality management reform of Tang County Hospital Group had achieved certain results in improving the service ability and quality of primary services, promoting the formation of orderly medical treatment pattern, and improving the satisfaction of patients and medical staff. Conclusion The compact medical community is an important carrier of the quality control system extending to county areas. Through scientific management, the county medical community could effectively promote the homogeneous quality management of healthcare organizations within the county and the improvement of medical quality and service capacity of primary healthcare.
