摘要:
目的分析提高医疗质量和患者安全的团队策略和工具包(TeamSTEPPS)在患者安全中的应用现状,为构建符合我国医疗环境的TeamSTEPPS患者安全培训体系提供依据。方法检索中英文数据库关于TeamSTEPPS应用的相关文献,并进行文献筛选、资料提取及分析总结。结果TeamSTEPPS在跨专业教学、临床培训、团队安全文化建设等方面应用广泛,能够促进团队协作,提高医疗护理质量。但TeamSTEPPS模式在我国仍处于初步探索阶段,尚未形成规范化培训体系。结论建议强化多学科交叉融合,有机整合TeamSTEPPS培训与教学;确定TeamSTEPPS培训标准,完善评价体系;培育组织安全文化。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze the application status of TeamSTEPPS in patient safety and provide basis for the construction of TeamSTEPPS patient safety training course system in China's medical environment. MethodsThe literatures related to TeamSTEPPS application were searched from Chinese and English databases, and the literatures were screened, extracted, analyzed and summarized.ResultsTeamSTEPPS was widely used in cross-specialty teaching, clinical training, team safety culture construction and other aspects, which can promote team assistance and improve the quality of medical care. However, TeamSTEPPS mode was still in the preliminary exploration stage in China and had not yet formed a standardized training system.Conclusion It was suggested to strengthen interdisciplinary integration and organically integrate TeamSTEPPS training and teaching; to determine TeamSTEPPS training standards and improve the evaluation system; to establish organizational safety culture.
