摘要:
合理使用抗菌药物日益受到重视。手术部联合信息、质管、院感等部门,共同研发“围术期手术预防性抗菌药物使用”专项指控模块,实现了各环节联动,形成了完整的手术患者“围术期手术预防性抗菌药物使用”动态质控链,使临床科室对手术患者围术期手术预防性抗菌药物使用合格率、手术过程中药物使用规范率以及满意度均得以提升。该设计革新了手术室传统的管控模式,改变了以往单一、点状、片段式质控方式,进阶为全程动态、线性质控管理,全面提升了手术室质控管理综合能力。
Abstract:
Rational use of antibiotics has been paid more and more attention. Together with information, quality control and hospital infection departments, the surgical department jointly developed the special quality control module of "perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics", which realized the linkage of all links and formed a complete dynamic quality control chain of "perioperative prophylactic use of antibiotics" for surgical patients. The qualified rate of perioperative operative prophylactic antibacterial drugs, standard rate of drug use during operation and satisfaction of clinical departments were improved. It had revolutionized the traditional control mode in the operating room, changed the previous single, dot, episodic way of quality control, in order for the whole dynamic linear quality management, and comprehensive improved the comprehensive ability of quality control management in the operating room.
