摘要:
介绍了英国国民卫生服务体系及医用耗材市场准入管理模式。以英格兰为例，分析并总结其高值医用耗材目录制定及招采管理机制和工作流程。建议未来我国应健全高值医用耗材目录管理机制，通过循证支持招标采购管理，完善医保配套政策及卫生技术评估机制，不断提升我国高值耗材科学管理水平。
Abstract:
This paper introduced the national health service system and the market access management mode of medical consumables in the UK. Furthermore, taking England as an example, it analyzed and summarized its management mechanism and workflow of high value medical consumables list and bidding. It was suggested that the catalogue management mechanism of high value medical consumables should be improved in China, and the scientific management level of high value medical consumables should be continuously improved through evidence-based bidding and procurement management, and the supporting policies of medical insurance and the health technology evaluation mechanism should be improved.
