摘要:
目的构建市属医院行政中层管理干部胜任力模型。方法通过查阅文献和专家咨询编制胜任力问卷,采用问卷星开展调查,对所获数据运用Excel 2007表格进行汇总,SPSS 19.0软件统计分析,对问卷条目排序进行归属,构建模型。结果对政治品德、个人特质、管理能力、逻辑思维、专业素养等5个维度、28个胜任力特征进行重要性排序,构建了市属医院行政中层管理干部胜任力模型,由通用基础特征、强化提升特征、卓越领袖特征构成。结论所构建胜任力模型可应用于医院行政中层管理干部聘任、培训、考核等方面。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct competency model of middle-level administrative cadres in municipal hospitals. MethodsCompetence questionnaire was prepared by literature review and expert consultation. Questionnaire survey was carried out by using the internet survey. Data collected were summarized by Excel 2007, and SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The questionnaire items were sorted and assigned to build the model.ResultsThe 5 dimensions of political morality, personal trait, management ability, logical thinking and professional accomplishment and 28 competency characteristics were ranked by importance, and the competency model of middle-level administrative cadres in municipal hospitals was constructed, which was composed of general basic characteristics, enhancement characteristics and outstanding leader characteristics. Conclusion The competency model can be used for the appointment, training and assessment of middle-level administrative cadres in hospital.
