摘要:
通过分析美国印第安纳州医疗差错报告系统的建立目的及原则、报告义务、可上报事件种类及项目、激励措施、督促机制、工作流程等，提出如下建议：完善不良事件报告系统法律建设；建立全国统一的互联网报告采集系统；建立“双向反馈”的内部工作机制；设置不良事件报告激励和监督机制；建设资源共享平台，营造公正文化氛围。以实现我国不良事件报告系统的规范性和统一性。
Abstract:
Through the analysis of the establishment purpose and principles,reporting obligations, reportable event types and items,incentives meaures, supervision mechanism, and work process of medical error reporting system in Indiana of USA, suggestions were put forward including improvement of the legal construction of adverse event reporting system, establishment of a nationwide unified Internet report system, establishment of a "two-way feedback" internal working mechanism, setting up adverse event reporting incentive and supervision mechanism, construction of resource sharing platform, creation of a just cultural atmasphere, in order to realize the standardization and the unity of adverse event reporting system in China.
