摘要:
目的针对非计划取消手术因素，应用“手术服务标准”进行管控，降低发生率，提高医疗质量和工作效率。方法根据非计划取消手术原因，对照中国医院协会“手术服务标准”中术前标准条款，制定术前准备落实清单。结果提取2017年-2019年度非计划取消手术数据，对发生原因进行比较分析。其中，病情因素降低0.40%，管理因素降低0.98%，患者因素降低0.25%，未说明原因降低0.18%。结论通过术前要素清单和信息化的标准监测，有效降低了非计划取消手术发生率。
Abstract:
ObjectiveIn view of the factors of unplanned cancellation of operation, "operation service standard" managements were adopted to reduce the incidence of unplanned cancellation of operation, improve the medical quality and work efficiency.MethodsAccording to the factors of unplanned cancellation of operation, based on the pre-operation items in the "operation service standard" of the Chinese Hospital Association, an inventory of preoperative preparation was developed.ResultsThe causes for the unplanned cancellation of operation between January 2017 to 2019 were analyzed. Among them, disease factors decreased by 0.40%, management factors decreased by 0.98%, patient factors decreased by 0.25%, and unexplained reasons decreased by 0.18%. Conclusion The incidence of unplanned cancellation of operation was effectively reduced by the implementation of preoperative element inventory and informatization standard monitoring.
