目的构建儿童专科医院科室科技评价指标体系。方法基于文献研究法初步构建儿童专科医院科室科技评价指标体系框架。采用德尔菲法,邀请21名专家进行三轮专家咨询,确定儿童专科医院科室科技评价指标体系。通过层次分析法确定各指标权重。采用统计学方法计算专家积极系数、权威系数与协调系数。结果三轮专家咨询积极系数分别为100%、100%和76.19%,专家权威系数为0.79~1,专家协调系数分别为0.39、0.37。初步构建的儿童专科医院科室科技评价指标体系,包括4个一级指标、15个二级指标、40个三级指标。结论专家咨询结果可靠性较好,初步构建的科室科技评价指标体系科学性较好,可为我国儿童专科医院科研决策提供信息支持,但仍需进一步开展实证研究。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo construct a scientific and technological evaluation system for departments in children's specializedhospital.MethodsBased on the method of literature review, the framework of science and technology evaluation index system for departments in children's specialized hospital was constructed. The Delphi method was used to invite 21 experts for three rounds of expert consultation to determine the science and technology evaluation index system. The weight of each index was determined by analytic hierarchy process. The positive coefficient, authority coefficient and coordination coefficient of experts were calculated by statistical method.ResultsThe positive coefficients of three rounds of expert consultation were 100%, 100% and 76.19% respectively. The expert authority coefficients were 0.79 to 1, and the expert coordination coefficients were 0.39 and 0.37 respectively. The science and technology evaluation index system for departments in children's specialized hospital was initially established, including 4 first-level indicators, 15 second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators.Conclusion The results of expert consultation were of good reliability, and the preliminarily constructed scientific evaluation index system had good scientificity, which provided information support for research decision in children's specialized hospitals in China. However, further empirical research is still needed.
