摘要:
临床医师由于信息不对称等原因，在申请多科会诊方面存在一定局限性。由医务部对多科会诊进行统一管理非常必要。针对多科会诊中请会诊方与会诊方存在的问题，明确医务部参与多科会诊的流程，强调医务部在会诊前、中、后充分发挥安排、协调、督导作用，提高了会诊质量
Abstract:
Due to information asymmetry and other reasons, clinicians had certain limitations in applying for multi-disciplinary consultation. It was necessary for the Department of Medical Administration to conduct unified management of multi-disciplinary consultation. In view of the problems existing in the multi-disciplinary consultation, the flow path of the Department of Medical Administration participating in the multi-disciplinary consultation was defined. Furthermore, it was emphasized that the Department of Medical Administration gave full play to the role of arrangement, coordination and supervision before, during and after the consultation, which improved the consultation quality.
