摘要:
目的评估呼吸科危重患者收治能力,为急诊高峰期以及全院人力资源、设备配备和危重患者收治能力评估提供参考。方法人力资源评估采用静态分析法、岗位定员法,设备利用率包括计算呼吸机、监护仪利用率,危重患者收治能力评估运用岗位定员法并结合设备配备利用率进行分析。结果按照静态分析法,呼吸科3个病区医师人数明显低于标准人数;按照岗位定员法,医师人数均低于标准医师数。3个病区呼吸机使用率均超过100%;心电监护仪呼吸内科1、呼吸内科2、RICU利用率均大于90%。按照呼吸科目前的人力资源及设备配备,呼吸科3个病区危重患者收治人数均超过本科室可以收治的上限。结论呼吸科目前人力资源、设备等配备不足,危重患者收治已达科室可收治人数上限,存在一定安全隐患。建议分流急诊患者,或增加科室医护人力及设备配备,或按照测算床位进行危重床位、普通床位调整。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo evaluate the ability to treat criticallyill patients in the Department of Respiratory , and to provide reference for the peak of the emergency, the allocationofthe personnel resources and equipment, and the treatmentability of the critically ill patients.MethodsThe human resource assessment used static analysis method and position adjuster method.The equipment utilization evaluation used the ventilator and the electrocardiogram utilization rate, andthe evaluation of the ability to treat critically ill patients used the position adjuster method with the utilization rate of the equipment. ResultsThenumberof physicians in three medical areas were significantly lower than those of the standard number according to the static analysis method, and the number of physicians were all below the standard number according to the position adjuster method. The utilization rates of respiratory machines in the three diseases areas were more than 100%. The utilization rates of the electrocardiogram in respiratory department 1, respiratory department 2, and respiratory intensive care unitwere greater than 90%. According to the current human resources and equipment allocationof the respiratory department, the number of critically ill patients in the respiratory department was more than the upper limit of the department.Conclusion There was a shortage of human resources and equipment in the respiratory department, and it reached the upperlimit of the number of patients in the department which was a potential safe danger. It was recommended to divert the emergency patients, or to increase the manpower and equipment of the department, or to adjust the critically ill beds and the normal beds according to the measurement of the bed.
