摘要:
目的构建陕西省健康体检质量控制评价指标体系，为体检质量控制提供参考。方法以Donabedian的“结构-过程-结果”三维理论体系为基础，通过循证方法初拟评价指标，采用德尔菲专家咨询法，经两轮电子邮件函 询，最终确定符合陕西省现状的健康体检质量控制评价指标体系。结果两轮专家咨询积极系数分别为84%、75%，权威系数均≥0.80；第2轮专家咨询后变异系数为0.00～0.30，专家协调系数为0．278～0.381（P＜0.05）；最终 形成了一套包含3个一级指标（基础质量、环节质量、终末质量）、12个二级指标、52个三级指标的评价指标体系。结论陕西省健康体检质量控制评价指标体系的构建是基于该省健康体检行业现状，符合科学性、可靠性原则， 基本可满足陕西省目前体检质量控制需求。但该体系在今后实践中需不断完善。
Abstract:
To build a set of indicators to evaluate the physical examination quality in Shaanxi Province to provideevidence for the health examination organizationsand hospitals.MethodsBased on Donabedian's three-dimensional theoretical of "structure-process-result" and evidence-based method to build a set of indicators preliminarily. The improved Delphi expert consultation method was adopted to conform the evaluation system of the health examination quality control after two rounds of E-mail consultation. ResultsThe expert response rates of two rounds was 84% and 75%. The expert authority scores of both rounds were no less than 0.80. After the second round, the coefficient of variation was 0.00 to 0.30,and the Kendall W score was 0.278 to 0.381 (P<0.05). The health examination evaluation system included three first class indexes(basic quality, procedure quality, and ending quality), 12 second class index and 52 third class indexes.Conclusion The construction of the quality control evaluation index system in Shaanxi province was based on the present situation of the health medical examination industry in the province, which was consistent with the principle of scientific and reliability, and can satisfy the quality control demand of the current medical examination in Shaanxi province. However, the system still needs to be perfected in the future practice.
