摘要:
构建应用型临床医学人才培养模式,提升医生临床技术水平,培养塑造严谨细致、精益求精的职业精神。方法运用文献检索法、德尔菲法等构建医院医匠人才胜任力模型,运用此模型进行医匠人才的选拔、培训、考核及退出。结果构建了医匠人才培养模式方案及相应配套管理制度,形成了一套完善的临床医学专业人才培养体系。实践后,医匠的门急诊工作量、临床诊疗能力有了飞速提升。结论通过构建医匠人才培养模式,培养了高素质的医学人才,推动了各学科建设,促进了医院转型发展。
Abstract:
To construct an applied clinical medical talent training model, improve the doctor's clinical skills, and cultivate a professional spirit that is rigorous and meticulous.MethodsThe literature search method and Delphi method were used to construct the hospital medical talents competency model. This model was used to select, train, evaluate and withdraw the medical talents.ResultsA medical talent training model and corresponding supporting management system were constructed, and a complete set of clinical medical professional training system was formed. After the practice, the medical staff's emergency department workload and clinical diagnosis and treatment capacity had been rapidly improved.Conclusion By constructing a training model for medical talents, it effectively explored how to cultivate high-quality medical talents, promoted the construction of various disciplines, and promoted the transformation and development of hospitals.
