摘要:
研究男护士职业环境与职业认同感现状,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用便利抽样法,于2018年8月-9月间采用护理职业环境现状量表及职业认同评定量表对绵阳市男护士进行在线问卷调查。运用SPSS 22.0统计软件对收集到的数据进行分析。结果共计140名男护士完成调查。男护士对职业环境现状的认可度及职业认同感知呈中等水平;职业环境现状和职业认同间呈显著正相关性(P<0.01)。结论科室应重视男护士执业环境,根据男性护士特点合理安排工作岗位;优化结构组合,调整绩效水平,提供针对性培训,定期督导,提升
Abstract:
To investigate the status of occupational environment and the professional identity among male nurses, providing theoretical basis for the development of targeted interventions.MethodsThe convenient sampling method was used for an online survey among male nurses in the Mianyang city from August to September 2018 using the Nursing Occupational Environment Status Scale and the Professional Identity Scale. The SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the collected data.ResultsA total of 140 male nurses completed the questionnaire. The results showed that male nurses had a moderate level of recognition of occupational environment status and professional identity. There was a significantly positive correlation between occupational environmental status and occupational identity (P<0.01). Conclusion The departments should pay attention to the occupational environment of male nurses and arrange their work according to the characteristics of male nurses, optimize the structure mix, adjust the performance level, provide targeted training, regular supervision, improve the professional identity of male nurses, promote the steady development of male nurses.
