摘要:
介绍了电子病历中患者信息安全面临的多种挑战，包括电子病历系统的软硬件支持，使用者的操作技能，网络环境，科研数据泄露以及法律法规制度等。针对以上挑战，提出了如下解决对策：多种方式存储并用，加强医务人员培训，加大网络安全保护投入，注重科研数据保护，完善行政法律法规等。只有做好患者信息安全保护，才能维护电子病历系统健康发展，进而促进健康医疗大数据推广，更好地保障患者安全。
Abstract:
There are many challenges to patient information security in electronic medical records, which come from the software and hardware support of electronic medical records system, the lack of professional ethics and operational skills of users, the insecurity of network environment, the leakage of scientific research data and the lack of legal protection and related accountability etc. In view of the above challenges, relevant solutions were put forward:storage through variety of ways, strengthening medical training, increasing network security protection investment, paying special attention to the protection of scientific research data and improving administrative laws and regulations.Only by doing a good job in patient information security protection, can it be conducive to maintaining the healthy development of electronic medical record system, thus promoting the promotion of health and medical big data, and better ensuring the safety of patients.
