摘要:
为实现放射科的精细化管理，在放射信息系统中开发上线报告分发功能，完成了对放射报告书写流程的优化，实现了工作量的公平公正均分，提升了科室工作效率和工作质量，为科室绩效改革奠定了坚实基础。
Abstract:
In order to realize the delicacy management in the Radiology Department, the on-line report distribution function was developed in the radiation information system, which completed the optimization of the writing process of the radioactive report, achieved the fair workload allocation, improved the efficiency and the quality of the work, and provided the solid foundation for the performance reform of the department.
